At Spirit Animal Coffee, we're pioneering roasting at source in Honduras, dramatically benefiting local economies and ensuring unmatched coffee freshness. This sustainable practice is a first in Honduras, marking a significant leap towards a brighter, more flavorful future.

Roasting coffee at the source enables us to maintain full quality control from picking the beans at the producer's farm through to our operations and roasting in Honduras. This meticulous process ensures our coffee is always free of mycotoxins, pesticides, and herbicides. We commit to excellence by lab testing all our coffee, guaranteeing a pure, unmatched quality in every cup.
