Grown by the talented Yuliana Hernandez in Marcala, Honduras, this coffee is a cultivar mix of Catuai and Lempira. The beans are roasted to perfection, revealing notes of citrus honey, sweet fruit, and floral flavors. It has scored an impressive 87/100 on the coffee cupping scale, so you know it's good.
Altitude plays a big role in flavor development, and at a lofty 1600 meters, this coffee has had all the right conditions to develop traits that will tantalize your taste buds.
